My name is Lucas Sutherland. I've loved football for as long as I can remember.
I was like you. I wanted to understand the game in more detail. I'm still learning now. But I was frustrated by the lack of structure and the overwhelm of information online.
Since then I've earned my UEFA B licence and an MSc in Performance Analysis in Football. Today I coach a senior team and work with high-level academy players, and I previously spent years as an Assistant Head of Football helping young people in the community fall in love with the game. All from one passion.
